Some of our contracts vary from the above with some more stringent conditions. However our contracts with our growers specify the above minimum potato and crisp product quality.
To maximise the opportunity to achieve this specification, we produce detailed blueprints for our four major contract varieties. These guidelines provide specific guidance on key inputs such as seed rate and nitrogen requirements, which can have a major effect on crop quality. Information is also given on disease strengths and weaknesses and all other important variety agronomy characteristics.
